I understand how you feel.
To be honest I don't mind drawing pregnancy, diapers, farts, etc. But, I don't like how there are dominating fetishes in these areas.
It's important to remember that diaper art and pregnancy art alone are not fetishes, but, it's important to set limits.
Most of the fanart I due is related to human morals, virtue, and the meaning of life.
